Creating an at-home spa day for women who have a whole day to themselves can be a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. Here’s a comprehensive guide to the ultimate at-home spa treatment:
Morning:

Drape a towel over your head and lean over the bowl, allowing the steam to open up your pores for about 10 minutes. If you do not have essential oils on hand, you may always use the Salty Sugar Scrubs for effective results.

- Manicure and Pedicure: Trim and shape your nails, push back your cuticles, and gently exfoliate your hands and feet. Apply your favorite nail polish color or opt for a natural buffed finish for a fresh, polished look. Checkout these!

Afternoon:
